We know the documents these files need — entity paperwork, leases and rent verification, reserves, and the lender conditions that trip files up. We collect, organize, and package them so underwriting gets a clean file.
Rehab
We gather and organize what rehab lenders require — rehab budgets, draw schedules, ARV and appraisal documents, experience history, and contractor paperwork — packaged the way they want to see it.
